It isn't hard for Quality Welding to deliver on its name when it comes to building specialized items such as steel rooftop access ladders.

Once our experts take all necessary field measurements (or once our customer delivers us the specifications), we go to work by way of CAD drawings, followed by the actual bending, saw and torch cutting, and rolling. We then set about assembling the piece through process of MIG and stick welding. For this particular client, we generate rooftop access ladders up to 34' in height, with a 3/8" x 2.5" flat bar with ¾" round rungs, and 3/8" x 2" stand-off brackets.

Not only do we take general principles into account, but we incorporate top-quality features into our ladder designs, such as an OSHA standard 1910.27 landing, a safety cage for the upper 16' of the ladder, and ladder guards with 11 gauge thick steel. Safety and ease of use are our main priorities, right down to the coat of yellow safety painting we give each of our ladders.
