In working directly with the client, Quality Welding designed and manufactured these featured paper towel wedge holders to be used within hospital restrooms. Working closely with customer specifications, we developed the design and fabricated a cardboard template to check fitment. We then fabricated the wedges from stainless steel, using laser cutting and bending. To assemble each wedge, we TIG welded the vertical and bottom seams. After cleaning, we applied a brushed finish. Each wedge measured 11 ¾ inches wide, 9 inches deep, 5 ¼ inches tall, and featured a 22 gauge thickness. Meeting all of our client's standards, we then delivered the order of 400 stainless steel paper towel holder wedges to our client in Middletown, Connecticut.
