Committed to providing high-quality service, Quality Welding custom TIG welded this featured stainless steel manifold to meet exacting client requirements. Beginning with a customer-supplied 2-D CAD print, we procured 316 stainless steel and started welding the part in accordance with the design. We TIG welded "T" and end caps with 10 weld-o-let and socket weld flanges. We cut the piping to size, and drilled holes to fit the socket flanges to the piping. During manufacturing, we relied on several pieces of equipment: a Bridgeport, a TIG welder, a saw, and several levels.

Intended for use within a test cell in an aerospace company, the manifold measured 10 feet long, and featured 1.50-inch flanges. The schedule 40 piping material measured 4 inches in outside diameter, and the entire manifold weighed approximately 95 pounds. After 100 percent inspection and all standards had been met or surpassed, we delivered the stainless steel test manifold to our aerospace client in Hartford, Connecticut.
